Gaming Which Switch game are you HYPED for?

xenoblade 2, curious about the story.
maybe lost sphear. I'll have to see more, but I can skip it without problem.

feels like switch has no game. (that's a good thing, I don't have to buy one for now, I have enough game to play)

I've never played any Xenoblade game before. Isn't that the one with Shulk? I remember someone was saying the first Xenoblade game on the Wii U (Am I getting games mixed up? There was a game on the Wii U) and it looked GORGOUS. Maybe that wasn't Xenoblade. But I remember a game came out on the Wii U which looked good. (Very broad statement I know haha!)

OH I'm also looking forward to Xenoverse 2 on the Switch. Got it on the PS4, and will gladly rebuy for the portability!

Xenoblade is on Wii, it had a nice story and a big semi-open world. you lived and adventured on the body of two giants.
Xenoblade X, on WiiU, has nothing in common except the huge open world. But it has few to no story. you can even continue playing it after beating the last boss, because it's not changing anything at the world. it was a nice visual performance, but that's all.

Xenoblade2 should be related to Xenoblade on Wii, but maybe not as a sequel, more as a "same setting" : big world, based on giants, with people living on them. this time the giants will move and travel the world.

I am most hyped for that SMT that they showed off for the Switch.

But 2nd on the list would be Xenoblade Chronicles II

I sold my soul to Xenoblade 2, I am really hyped for the Pokemon game and Mario odyssey as well.

Super Mario Odyssey, Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Fire Emblem (Not warriors the other tactical RPG one thats in the works), and then the new main series pokemon game thatll be on the switch too

SMarioO, Mario+Rabbits and fire emblem warriors. Hopefully FE Warriors plays more like Hyrule warriors and less like dragon quest heroes. DQH is boring compared to HW.

Not really hyped for any but am very happy with the upcoming games; Binding of Isaac (PAL release), Xenoverse 2, Mario Odyssey, Xenoblade 2, Last Sphear, Axiom Verge and Sonic Forces (Mania too).

Then you have the 2018-ish games like Pokémon RPG (probably 2019-2020), Kirby and Yoshi.

So far im really excited for metroid prime 4, mario odissey and the upcoming pokemon mainstream game for the switch :P

This is a total matter of opinion, for example my opinion is that Xenoblade X has side quests that actually contain proper stories unlike Xenoblade where side quests are just throwaway fetch quest collectathons.

Xenoblade X contains a massive open world that is filled with things, littteraly every hex of it's world map contains something to collect/find/defeat, where Xenoblade has a large linear world that is basically just large for the sake of it and contains basically nothing worth exploring for.

Xenoblade X has vehicles/mechs that can eventually fly and you can go literally anywhere you can see, Xenoblade has erm legs.

Xenoblade X has a deep massively customizable battle system with tons of classes and abilities, fast paced deep combat and tons of massive beasts to fight. Xenoblade has set skills for it's characters, little customization for combat, characters classes are set and combat basically stays the same from the start of the game till the end.

Xenoblade X has a massive end game with tons of super bosses and gear to create in an almost Monster Hunter fashion, Xenoblade has no end game of note.

Xenoblade X is a game you can spend hundreds upon hundreds of hours unlocking and crafting super mechs and weapons to beat the Super world bosses. 50 hours and you've done with Xenoblade.
