If your refering to MAME? No! But FBA does support Arcade of it's own...

I'm a mong, I've spent all morning trying to get morning trying to get a megadrive game to work on on PBFA. Where should we be putting the roms and do they need to be sipped or unzipped?

I tried some neo geo games like metal slug but without any luck. When I select them the only thing I got is black screen.
Any help please?

You should download a complete fba romset. Ideally 2.97.43 but 2.97.42 should also work ok if it's easier to find.

Sooooo what folder do I put them into and do I need to extract the zip file first or add it as a zip?

for sure you have to put the roms inside "sdcard - switch - pfba - roms" and the roms must be ziped so dont unzip them.... I have tryed to download some samples from 2.97.42 fba romset but always black screen.... if someone have a good repository share it

Solved the black screen problem : we must put the neogeo or other console bios zip inside the rom folder, next all will works fine, tested with metal slug 2

A proper romset should already have the correct folder structure. If not you can probably find a guide for setting up fba.

i've got the unibios 3.3, renamed it to asia-s3.rom and zipped it into a file called neogeo.zip, and placed the .zip in the roms folder. what am i missing?
