So which is going to be faster and best value? I've read many times that the made in Japan are faster. I want to use it in my acekard2.

junior - so you make a post asking if a adata will break your ak2 then a few mins later recommend it to others?

sarah - it depends if you have money to burn and/or want all games.
i first of all bought a plain sandisk 2gb one and it worked for almost everything - twewy was all i tried but there may have been problems with a couple others games.
If you are fine with most working get the card you feel is best value.
If you want a card that can run everything then yes the adata is a good choice - ive not had any problems with it (i ebayed one for 15.20 or so and give the sandisk to the missus)

yeah i looked hard and only found 2 places komplett.co.uk (with usb adaptor) and mymemoryc.co.uk for about 23 and 20 quid respectively

and you heard that where? i've been running the Ak2 with a A-data 4gb card for well over a month now and now problems whatsoever yet. The only way it can delete files or freeze is if the Acekard is bad, which has been the case with a few people already.

Following through multiple links and i ended up at newegg looking at customer reviews, i've not yet found one person who has had writing errors or problem with the card deleting files. Most of the problems lead to drivers failing and/or backwards compatibility with older devices (old SD readers will NOT read SDHC cards) Many People list DOA but i think thats to do with backwards compatibility as well, it seems many people are unaware of the fact that SDHC cards will not work in old SD readers/devices.

Kingston Mobilelite 9-in-1 is the one I would recommend.

ak2 one is cheap yeah but then many people have no problems with it (im one)
id check what yours is like personally but as i think they are cheap then it wouldn't do much harm to have a branded one incase

Are any of the following games suffer from lag on the kingston Japan 2 gb? I'm getting the AData one for myself but want to get my boyfriend one too and I don't think he will use 4 gb of space but I don't want him to suffer with lag.

Animal Crossing
Lego games
Sonic games
