Is there a way to see which firmware comes with a game?

I'm still on 3.2E and Need for Speed Underground won't start. I removed the update with Brick Blocker.
I guess the game needs something from 3.3 of maybe 3.4.
If I can see which firmware there is on the disc, I know if the game will start or not.

Underground works for me, 3.2E firmware
Sure you're not talking about undercover? that one has a new kind of protection

edit: wait, i have underground 1 and 2 as a gamecube game. so firmware is irrelevant

I already started a topic on this today, look on page 2. Cyan gave me all the in formation I needed

It is undercover, sorry for the mistake.
I will look at the other post.
And maybe there is a program that can tell the firmware version on a disc.

There is!

but only on linux... however it can see the firmware on the ISO.

Wii Update Manager (WUM) can analyze the ISO and identify the firmware.
But it hasn't been updated in a while and can't recognize firmware above 3.2. It will list them as unknown or something like that

Ah that why I see ??? in the program above 3.2. Not as useful as I thought it would be!
