I need something that supports NTFS/FAT32 with a wbfs folder, game splitting, and batch conversion from iso to wbfs.

The wiki looks like it hasn't been updated since 2011 so I can't really trust that...

Use Wii Backup Manager. If someone questions this, ignore them and use Wii Backup Manager. If for whatever reason you cannot obtain Wii Backup Manager, try harder and use Wii Backup Manager. It works the best out of the bunch and ever since I started using it I've had zero issues whatsoever - it does everything you might want it to do.

Speaking of backups, don't use NTFS - there's absolutely no reason to use it. Switch to FAT32 only and enjoy a carefee life with no issues whatsoever. ;)

I've already switched to fat32 to backup GCN games, it was just an example. And some games don't work will with wbfs split files (The Last Story), which is a reason for NTFS.

Thanks, everything works well now.
