This question has always saddened me, the Switch is a great console despite often having expensive games. Its number of RPGs and novels is incredible, and it has received many remasters of famous games.
However, it's quite clear that the Nintendo console is still lacking a lot of big titles, and one of them is Odin Sphere.
Odin Sphere is an action RPG developed by Vanillaware and published by Atlus. Originally released for PlayStation 2, the game is set in Erion, a fantasy world threatened by apocalyptic prophecies and wars between kingdoms. The narrative is centered around five main characters: Gwendolyn, Cornelius, Mercedes, Oswald and Velvet. Each of them has a unique and interconnected story, which reveals different aspects of the conflict in Erion.
Gwendolyn is King Odin's daughter, seeking paternal approval and love while dealing with the consequences of war. Cornelius, a prince transformed into a creature called Pooka, struggles to regain his human form and save his love. Mercedes, the young fairy queen, must defend her kingdom from invaders. Oswald, a cursed warrior, faces his own inner demons in search of redemption. Velvet, an exiled princess, tries to prevent the destruction of Erion by following the clues of ancient prophecies.
The gameplay of Odin Sphere combines RPG elements with real-time combat and an alchemy system for creating potions and other useful items. The game is known for its hand-drawn 2D graphics and catchy soundtrack, providing an impressive visual and auditory experience.

The question I have is: Why didn't the remaster come out for the Switch? I mean, it would have come out for the other platforms a year before the official launch of the console but many games came out for it afterwards, which isn't really a justification.
