Hacking where is Luma3DS.zip while updating A9LH

So I was trying to update my A9LH and I was stuck on this step.

1. Copy arm9loaderhax.bin from the Luma3DS .zip to the root of your SD card, overwrite existing files

But where do I get the Luma3ds.zip from? Its not mentioned in the guide..

holly crap thank you so much. When I didnt know what the guide meant by "luma3ds.zip" my anxiety level went from 0 to 100 real quick..
