Homebrew Where do i put roms.

I have nesds and some more emulators for my r4 wood and i want to know where to put the nes rom files. I think it's on the root but i dont know cause im a noob at ds hacking.

To give you the reason why: it takes a lot longer to load the list of roms if there are many files in the same directory. It also makes your folders a lot tidier.

I personally create a new folder for each game, like shadowmanwkp said, it loads faster. But i mainly do this as it is neater and easier to organise on the PC as you can have up to 3 files per game (game, save, cheat).
