I'm from the UK and I was wondering...where can I buy import games? You know, games from Japan (like Ouendan) and USA (like Contra)... I want to import them.

Have you looked it up at eBay yet? That's usually the first place to look at since everyone contributes to it.

I usually get items sent by EMS in 1 week ... Courier is faster, but you are more likely to be stung by customs ...

I only buy from http://www.japanvideogames.com/ because it's in the states and I get my game in 3 days as opposed to 2-3 weeks. Never had any issues and good customer service.
