Hacking Where be BootMii?

MINI was fixed at 9:17 (local time) so Public Beta 1 to be expected!!!

Nevermind, that website is difficult. At least we know they are working on it. Can't wait to finally see BootMii running on my Wii.

I wonder how Bootmii will interact with Preloader .29 on 4.0e. Will having preloader installed prior to bootmii be a problem?

BootMii and Preloader are totally unrelated
The Wii Button wiil most probably launch the Wii System menu as BOOT2 originally does: if you have installed Preloader, this will launch it before the system menu but BootMii does not know anything about it (and does not need to)

Don't hope for Public Beta based on a Bug Tracker indications, a fixed bug is quite always followed by another bug to fix

Sure they are working on it (what else would they do?), we don't need ETA or hackmii updates to keep the hype alive, it will be out when it will be ready and we will all be happy with that (or maybe not when you realized it's no use for you)

Some people consider BootMii mere hype while others consider it a holy grail in wii-brewing, mainly cause of its protection, nand bacup and of course the most vital aspect of it

I'll be happy lwith it just for the brick protection. I think I'll delete my system menu in celebration once I've backed up my NAND and am sure the restore feature works. >_>
