When you turn it on, UMD drive keeps reading (quite laud) and stops after 10 sec.

None of the programs works. You see PSP logo white screen and system freezes.

Even in recovery menu (on+R) you can't exit it couse it's freezes.
I used 3.80 m33, with same settings from recovery menu as usually.

I never seen anything like that before. I don't have expirance with fixing nand, but can someone help me with it?

did you make a nand backup before you installed the custom firmware? if you have then back up that nand then put it back in.
if that dosent work you will most likey have to downgrade and reupgrade again.

also the umd drive sounds broken but if you running custom firmware that wont really matter

The setting of the UMD might be set to UMD Cache so the PSP reads the UMD before it is started.

Yes, it may be bricked, so downgrade and re-upgrade. I never backed up my NAND, that's not recommended but it still worked for me.

I don't have nand backup, when I bought it it was bricked.
Also I discover that my pandora doesn't work now.
I put the battery in many psp - no effect.
So maybe it's pandora's fault?
I'm gonna try again.

I put magic stick in it. I've done it 100 times before but this time it doesn't work.

BTW, it has to be Battery's fault. Now it doesn't work. Maybe I overcharged it?
I try to charge it now, but in XMB Settings->Battery info it shows me: Power source external, 0%, charging completed.
So I'll try to make new pandora. Is any way to fix that one?

if you have been using the battery properly then there should be nothing wrong with it. try putting the battery in with no memstick. if the psp turns on and nothing else happens then your battery is ok and you have to look at the memstick. if the memstick makes the psp turn on to the psp itself and not the elf menues try pressing up or left trigger when inserting the battery with the memstick and that should load up the elf menu.

Ok. I made new battery and it's fine now, but still can't do anything with PSP?
Can I backup nand from other PSP?
Is there any software to fix nand?

Of course the power is 0% WHEN ITS CHARGING because the power source is external, you're using the AC Adaptor.. either you dont have a correct MMS or you're not pressing the shoulder button while starting up.

I modded mine with pressing the R button. But when i modded my friend's PSP, the R button doesnt do a thing when starting up with pandora. When i tried holding the "L" button, it worked. They're both SLIM.

You can try redoing the process by first downgrading the PSP's firmware. This will unbrick it. Then redo it again installing the custom firmware.
