There aren't many substantive differences. Use Haxchi or CBHC if you have a legitimate DS game, and use Mocha if you don't.

i do have cbhc,im wondering if any others have neat features since i can autoboot and switch when i want

When you already have cbhc, you don't need any other cfw. CBHC is the only (most convinient) cfw which the users need.
