Gaming whats the 7 day trial?

I'm new to PlayStation and I bought the PS vita and it came with the PlayStation plus 7 day trial. Does that mean you have seven days to download the select games for it for free? Or you get trials of the games for 7 days? Can some clarify if I get the full game of the select titles or not

You have a 7 day membership for PlayStation Plus. During that time you can download full games for free from the PS Store and play them. After the seven days are up, you will have to renew the subscription if you want to have access to those free games that you downloaded.
