What would you do?

I'd leave it there. I'm not a dessert guy.

And even if it's untouched, it kinda disgusts me.

Depends, sure desserts are expensive over rated small portions.

But what is the worth of your pride?
i'd be proud for getting myself some free cookies and cream if that's how you wanna put it.

I'll just leave it alone

You're at a restaurant and the entire party for the table next to you left an untouched dessert on the table. What would you do? Enjoy it?

I'd leave it, I'm a germophobe when it comes to other people's food. Even if they didn't touch it.

Yeah it likely is a portion that costs more than a full item at a grocery store, and yes it might really be a nice way to polish off a meal.

I rarely eat dessert with a meal out, just too expensive.

But the thing of it is, my pride is worth more than a 5 dollar dessert

I'd likely get annoyed and immediately buy a full one at the grocery store for less and enjoy eating that at home.

If I'm still hungry, and the group that just left won't come back, I won't eat it. You never know what happened to it...
But if you would know what happened to it, I still wouldn't eat it, because in my mind that is called "theft".

I have had this happen several times customers thinking no one will see, people too honest, kids who sneezed all over their friends food.
All I can say about taking left over food form another persons table is yuck. You don't know why it got left behind for your own sake just ignore it.
