PS2/GCN, 3DS, etc. Very easily, I'm sure.

 

witht he hardware, Switch would be MORE than capable of running 3DS via emulator. The GCN is way storenger than the 3DS - the Nvidia sheild could emulate gcn well, and so the switch could do it very well, with the 'nintendo magic'. And if GCN can be emulated, 3DS sure as hell can.

Citra needs as many resources as CemU to be ran, while my craptop already runs GC games at 60fps. I tried Citra, verdict, less than 10fps.

 

"DS isn't very hard to emulate" No. It's just that Wii U's hachihachi "emulator" is a hacky, whacky, bad inaccurate emulator.

 

There is a slight chance Nintendo may add GC or 3DS VC and we hijack that, other than that I really don't see anything more powerful than dreamcast being emulated.

 

what do you even mean by "resources"? I'm convinced you don't even know what you're talking about in ANY respect. That makes zero sense.

The 3DS should be LEAGUES easier to emulate than the Wii U. Just because the Wii U emulator on the PC could (havent tried it) run better than the 3DS one on the PC means aboslutley NOTHING. Different teams working on it, different levels of "work done", etc.
