I'm just waiting for the GW in-game menu which is ideal. That way you can enable cheats just for a specific portion you seem stuck at, and turn it back off when you're past it. I think it was one of the Metroid games for GBA where if you IPS-patched the ROM with a trainer (good ol' days!) and made yourself invincible, you couldn't get past where you actually had to die to move on. This was set from the trainer menu so too bad for you if you did. In-game menu would fix that sort of thing.
