I am out of patience now.
Will the old cards like mt support 9.2 after gateway's release?
What about dev menu on sky and its clones?
And which ARM chip did 3ds use exactly?

Mt-card release 2.3 for the 9.4 emu-nand about 2 days ago.

We can't do anything about it. It's up to Gateway when it's released.
Clone's will of course try to copy it
No idea if sky3DS can will be able to run devmenu
No idea on the ARM chip :(

Gateway released 9.4 emunand support awhile ago

Pretty sure they're waiting for the release of the N3DS to work out whatever kinks, but that's just my guess. Also...
