What is that "Dock" on the bottom with the icons called?
If you know, Link to a program?

(not the icons on the lower right)

The white ones, Firefox, 4Chan ect.

It looks like the program called Desktop.
It cant be downloaded, since its a Part of the Windows Explorer
Its just the desktop icons resized and some modded Icons
