The term "Hackintosh" is just used to describe a non-Macintosh computer running OSX. Apple don't endorse running their OS on other computers than their own and doing so is not possible without using hacks, hence the "Hack" in Hackintosh.
The very same operating systems usable on Macintosh computers can be installed. Apart from not all hardware being supported, there is no difference between running OSX on Macintosh and non-Macintosh computers.
