Hacking What is the Fiddler thing?

So I know the Tool Fiddler since I use it almost every day, but what use has it for Switch? Is it true if you are below 3.0 you can online play with Fiddler even with no Update?

Or is this just a false Information? I asume all Fiddler do is block updates?

You can't play online, you can only block updates. Blocking updates and bypassing update requirements for online are two different things.
