Hacking What is the best option?

Hi,

I have a new patched switch which is on firmware 4.1.

I would like to hack but know that I can’t as of yet.

I am watching a hackable switch on eBay.

Don’t really want to buy a used one etc if there will be a solution in a couple of months!

What would be your recommendations? Anyone have any inklings when a solution will come public?

There is no fixed date yet when you will be able to run CFW on a patched switch. If you want to keep it, stay on 4.1.0.

Please be patient and still, as @pLaYeR^^ aforementioned there's no fixed date when this will release.
Having said that however this doesn't mean there's no hope! In fact devs are working/testing on it as we speak here.
Why would getting an used switch not be a good idea? As long as it would be in a decent state,as in no heavy scratches no cracks and whatnot else off putting it would be a good idea to opt for one, provided it's for a cheap and affordable price, assuming if it works.
Side note. Please refrain from updating yours switch at all costs. (for now)
