What exactly is it? What does it do?

It lets you boot different arm9 payload with either a key or a menu. Most modern cfw support it.

If you installed a9lh you are already payload chaining with Hourglass9.

I've noticed a menu pops up now when I try to start Decrypt9WIP with Start... I have Hourglass9 set to X, and Decrypt9WIP set to Start. Is there any way I can get this menu to fuck off like before? I could see it popping up if say, I named them both start_xxxxxxxx, but this is ridiculous...
