Homebrew devs made it so you could stream games from PC to Wii U, and emulate Steam Controller with the Gamepad? How'd you like it?

that would suck I think. As Michi stated, just connect your PC to your tv. Streaming will also lower the general quality of stuff. :c

It's obviously better. If your PC is in your living room. Now answer the question, folks.

This would only work for people with good connection. My upload rate is around 45 Kilobyte per second, which would never be enough for streaming games

I wonder if it's possible to stream music from my PC to the Wiimode of my Wii U, then stream from there to my wireless bluetooth headphones. Sure I could just plug the headphones directly into my PC, but answer my ridiculous question anyway.

This topic is bad and the original poster should feel bad. The only way this could really work (in my mind) would be to somehow trick the PC into thinking the Gamepad is a second monitor. I imagine that would require ALOT of work.

Please refrain from using that mind of yours.

I'm aware we still do not know how Steam controller works. But even if it's impossible, this could still work on another input method(e.g. whole keyboard on Gamepad screen). The idea of owning a desktop PC and a Wii U, and be able to play everything you want on a sofa, like valve wants you to, is what amuses me.

It's entirely possible and it's called VNC.

Heck, it was done on the Wii (albeit with a very slow framerate), I remember playing Lineage 2 with it. Since my desktop is in my room and I was busy in the living room, I set up VNC on the Wii and occasionally pressed my buff macro when players requrested it using the WiiMote while doing whatever I was doing.

Now you just need to find hackers who give a damn about the WiiU - those appear to be non-existant. ;)
