I have a few games so far that I already have beaten, now I need something new and need help in choosing what I should get next going by the games I own listed below in no particular order:

Killzone trilogy
Jak and daxter collection
Red dead redemption
Dark souls 1 and 2
Demon souls
Ninja gaiden sigma and sigma 2
The last of us
Heavy rain
Beyond: two souls
Uncharted collection
Metal gear legacy collection
Metal gear rising
Medal of honor (2010)

A little about the games I tend to play: I do not like any of the Tales of games (I don't get what is so great about them) I do play RPGs but mostly turn based ones or ones that are pretty long and or difficult, I am into some FPSs like KZ and medal of honor but more into halo than cod which I played most of.

Nino Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch
Great Game for the PS3
can't wait for the sequal on PS4

imagine pokemon but like
looking really good
and you play aaaas the monster.
you can also use your character as well, but it's pretty hard sometimes.
It's like you're playing a hayao miyazaki film. It's amazing!

Sounds a little confusing but I'll check it out
Mmm you know Studio Ghibli?
The animated film studio who made My Neighbor Totoro? Howl's Moving Castle? Spirited Away? Ponyo? The Wind Rises?

Now imagine that same studio made a game with Level 5, the makers of Yokai Watch and Layton.

It's a very superb RPG targeted towards children with a visually appealing graphical style and uplifting soundtrack.

The story is about a young boy who's mother became ill and this is due to some otherwordly shenanigans.
The boy journeys to other world to save a person who shares the same soul as his mother from some evil forces, thus saving his mother in the process and saving that world too, I guess.

The battle system is more on the simple side. It's somewhat action oriented with some turn based RPG elements to it.
You mainly play as the party members themselves or as their familiars (think Pokemon) and attack and defend, use special attacks.
It is simple enough for a child to grasp the basic game mechanics.

You should watch a gameplay of it, just hearing the orchestrated World Map music will make you want to play it.

check out ratchet & clank, a crack in time, tools of destruction and into the nexus. if you like them though

you NEED to play Borderlands 2. if you like it, play borderlands and borderlands the pre-sequel

Never played a R&C game before.

I do not like borderlands. at. all.

have you played through the stor? if not, how far have you gotten? (last boss you killed, level etc.)

Honestly it's more because I don't play co-op or online which borderlands is meant for.

I haven't played BL2 in years.

i played through Normal mode, True vault hunter mode and Ultimate vault hunter mode completely solo. although i did an extra playthrough on normal mode with my friend. One of my classmates has 1400 hours on BL2 on steam

There are a lot of lists which are available on the Internet. You can choose games of the same genre, but there is no certainty that you will like all of them. It's very individual task, and you might like something that has never attracted your attention before

Curious, why do you ask ? I never asked people for something a new and need help in choosing. I picked on my own and my own taste. :)
