I'm guessing this thread will get locked...
lol why?

Coz I made a similar post and it got locked for being 'pointless'.

Still good luck to you, hope it doesn't.

mods already know of this thread.

oh, i got one, with Bit.Trip Saga (somehow) remove the flashy stuff with most of the games so i dont get headaces so often from it :D!

only problem with modding is as soon as mario kart 7 is modded, the online community will be flattened and it will just end up like mario kart wii online which is a shame, nintendo are quite strict when it comes to cheating and glitching online but people can still get past it, i just hope that people don't mod mario kart 7.

modding =/= cheating

At the same time, if the 3DS hacking people (when they appear) could make hacks only work offline, that'd be amazing.

Impossible, cheats on consoles works with memory changes, You can't make cheat that will work for offline mode and not in online
HOWEVER if that would be about for example entering certain player name, inputting key combination &c. then yes (vel. Heroes of Might and Magic III, You can enter word-type codes but they don't work at online games)

I would change just LITTLE things =_=
# BlazBlue:
- Possibility to play with analog "stick" as "arrows" (changeable)
- ADD ONLINE MODE DAMNIT =_=
# Tales of the Abyss 3DS
- Again ONLINE mode (well local gameplay at least since online one would be pain in butt probably)
# Dead or Alive: Dimensions
- Possibility to change to "hard mode" which would require a bit more aspiration in gameplay than A-A-A-X-X-A-A-X-X-X-A-X-X (yup no arrows required, who needs arrows?!)

Am I the only one who wants a SM3DL level editor? Too bad they didn't put in custom QR code levels, perhaps we could've cracked them just like we cracked the Pushmo and Pyramids QR codes...
MK7 custom tracks would be cool, too. I'm totally for that.
