Hacking What card should I get?

Here is what im looking for

Customization (Skinning & such)
A nice clean interface
A pricetag below 20$
Plenty of updates and compatibility

Now here are some questions about said flashcart:

1 - How fast is shipping
2 - My friend let me borrow his R4 Revolution. Its a nice card, but can I transfer my saves with ease to a new cart?
3 - Does the card support cheats? If so, can it use the same cheat database as the R4?
4 - Does it support an 8gb MicroSD card?
5 - Does the card autoboot? If so, can it be turned off?
6 - Is it spring loaded? If it is, can it be removed?
7 - Optional, but can you provide a video of the card's interface
