ROM Hack What am I Doing Wrong? New Love Plus + English Patch

i ended up geting a New 2DS XL off of ebay for $50 like i say in other post i made. i ended up homebrewing thx to a YT video (the guide that was up there was all over the place). so now i want to patch new loveplu with the english patch. yes i know its only 28% but its still better then nothing at all. so i follow what it say and it tells me to get to this page here.

as u can tell it have 3 txt files. im guessing i need to use the first one since im going to be using this on my 2DS XL, i read though on how to extract and rebuild. since i have both a .3ds and .cia file for new loveplus i went go the .cia extract and i did it as seen here.

so then i go to rebuild it as seen here but as u can tell i get a .DLL error and i have gone and reinstalled C++ (thats what the DLL. is about) also for that oreganal minor and micro thing i set it to 0 since i cant find eventhing about it and yes i did read the post about that stuff and i dont find anything

i even went and downloaded the .DLL file and droped it into the root and the pack hack folder and doing so got me this error here.

so then i trying run RomFSBuilder.exe and it did do something it made a .file but its 3GB... 2GB biger then the base game and i cant do ANYTHING with that. so u cant say i didnt try. this is why i say there should be a YT video showing how evething needs to be done... right now im uploading a 30 min or so video showing that i did follow what was told and it not working at all. i'll post it here when its done uploading

what is ntr? i looked into it but what i saw theres no .cia for me to download... again this is why i like having videos showing me what to do. i got my 2 DSi's hacked but that was only cuz the pages telling me what to wasnt all over the place like this BS

Well, forget it. Luma can do it already.
I answer you in nlpp thread with instruction.
Install cia game, then follow readme

i did use the written guide but its all over the place saying go there. the here then here. heres a 30 mins should me using the guide and nothing works.

If you have actually tried following it and a particular instruction is confusing you, then ask about it. Complaining about it generally means nobody can help you.

Look like you not, because there was no repacking game option in instructions. Well, you can. But nobody would help you =\
Run this patch a simple thing.
If your Luma not have option like that then you should update it long ago...

Hello, I wanted to install the patch in the game, I followed all the instructions but when I start the game it is still all in Japanese, I know that the patch does not have everything translated but I think I am missing something, could you help me?

Yes, write what you use, what fw version, what cfw method, what game id, what update id, what patch id and link to it, how do you install it. The more detail you give it would help with it.
When you ask for help try to give as many details as you can. Bcs without it we can only make theories about your problem.
