When i had my old asrock i ran rambo ram http://www.itsupply.com.au/products/deskto...ducts_id/108725 not bad price and its overclockability isnt to bad either

i dont know about generic ram

I have had the same rambo ram for over 4 maybe 5 years in my old comp all i have changed is the motherboards and disc drives the ram is still going strong its not the fastest but it is pretty well up there and its reliable
