Went online, updated system, now nothing works

i updated the system when i turned on my wifi. Turned off and back on. Atmosphere acts like it loads, then takes me to origional home screen of the switch with games showing. But none of them work. Help, what do I do to fix this?

I am now on 14.1.2. I had the newest hekate and atmosphere before though. I did delete atmposphere/contents/foler 0100000001000 becuase i read it was a theme issue. It wasnt and still will not load into atmosphere.

So no letters after 14.1.2? Try using the jig again and a rcm loader. Hold vol + when loading

Did u update sig patches to newest ones?
Is it only games not working can you access the home brew menu

So no letters after 14.1.2? Try using the jig again and a rcm loader. Hold vol + when loading

sigs were updated when hekate was. homebrew works, i can load into that. I lost my theme so it looks stock switch, and no games will work, it says to download them.

Ok it loads to hekate, but not to atmosphere. error code 2062-002 missing program 010000001000, which happens to be the one i deleted. How do I get this back, any ideas?

just reinstalled atmosphere 1.3.2 master and still the same thing. Anything else to try?

No, I had a backup of my initial swtich CFW so i formatted my SD and coppied back the backup I had. It erased all my games n such, but got me usable agian to where I can put my games back on and play.
