Gaming Weird Spotpass (Maybe) Issue?

Okay so last week my brother switched our 3ds sd cards because he wanted to play a game I had -___-
I was like what the hell are you doing?

So I got my card back and whatevs, you know got mad at him. the whole shebang.

Anyways when I went to go look in the mii plaza at the beggining it sais "Could not acccess SD card during last spotpass... something, please make sure the sd card isnt full or right protected.."

its not... is this a substantial problem? what can I do?

Totally wrong section, I'm sure a mod will move it when they spot it.

The message is saying that last time somebody passed you with spotpass data, there was an issue accessing the SD card. I presume therefore this was at a time when the 3DS had no SD card in. I wouldn't worry about it unless you get the message again, now that you know the card has since been inserted.

I got that error once -- its no big deal. The problem will correct itself and the error message will go away.

I caused it by forgetting to reinsert my SD after dumping some pictures onto my computer.

If the SD card wasn't available at the time your 3DS connected with your brothers then that could cause the issue.
