I've never heard of anything like that before. I guess you could try reinstalling the CFW, or if you're on a low version, possibly update to a higher CFW version.

i doubt its real, most likely photoshopped. but who knows, anythings possible with a psp x.x

Why the heck would someone photoshop a picture to sell an item as broken and get less money? Sounds stupid to me lol.
