Weird pkg1 error

Successfully installed the picofly mod and was able to load hekate. Once I setup the partition, used sthetix hats 4.6.2-10 to setup on a clean SD card, I received the following error. I'm able to load onto stock without an issue but cannot load Atmosphere. I even tried to update Atmosphere but still received the same error. Thanks in advance for the help.

Where are you getting the pack from? My point is that the latest sthetix pack is at 1.7.1-4. if you're on some 4.x version it's not a legit sthetix release and who knows what it contains. No one can help when they don't know what you have installed, and from my best guess it's outdated. Remove what you've done, try with then latest "official" pack from sthetix, then come back if it's still not working.

if the HATS version# follows AMS's I believe instead of 4.6.2-10, it is 1.6.2-10 which supports HOS/OFW 17.0.0, if you have higher FW on your OFW, outdated HEKATE & AMS or HATS(pre-pack) would not support and shows such or similar error when booting to AMS

STOP USING PREPACKAGED PACKAGES THEY DO NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE, download and install every last homebrew you need.

DOWNLOAD LATEST HEKATE FROM THE GITHUB and replace your payload.bin with Hekatexxxxx.bin renamed.

also download the most recent version of Atmosphère.

Also do not forget to test your SD Card, may be a fake one
