Hacking Web browser/ GBA question

I have a M3 real and a supercard lite (microsd). I was wondering if i could use that as an expansion pack for the web browser or to play gba games. Thanks

Browser/general homebrew ram: sure.
GBA games will work for some but by and large supercard GBA is no good.
