Hacking WBFS folder not working???

I have a wbfs folder working, but only on the USB hard drive. Go to settings in the loader, then "hard drive" and check first option there "game/install partition". You need to choose there yor SD card if you can. I dont know really, maybe loader dont support loading wbfs from SD. If you use USB HDD you need to use FAT32 on it, may be the same with SD.

Do you play your games on SD card or USB key?

If you use a USB key ?? , often it works poorly or often gives a black screen .Prefer an external hard drive for better connectivity.

USB loader gx does not support SD cards, only Wiiflow and Configurable loader v70 take games on SD.

note that if you want to use a keyboard with animal crossing, you'll need a specific cIOS. the common softmod guides don't have the required IOS base for that game.
let us know if you need help, and that's only if you need to use a keyboard.

This kind of issues are related with the media used (aka, SD card, USB flash memory), this doesn't normally happen using a USB HDD for storage.

Does WiiFlow detect the game (even if doesn't show a cover for it), or it doesn't even appears on the games list?

In my case, a non backwards compatible black Wii, has issues reading the games on my USB Flash Memory though they appear on the games list, but when checked using hwtest program no problems are detected on it.

nope. Even after checking and downloading lost covers, it says 0 covers left, and it does not show Metroid other M

Are you using FAT32? The WBFS files will be split properly and shouldn't affect their operation.

Sooo I kinda fixed it.
The game works...

But not all of it.

When Samus gets to some kind of galaxy, it just crashes... A g a i n . Sooo now I need to fix that.

And kirbys adventure wii, that also doesn't work. It crashes when you start it.

Either the dumps are corrupted or something else is jacked up. Weird.

And the proper ciOS files are installed?

if you use Wiiflow, and still use SD card, the problem is the cIOS !
d2x v10 r53 doesn't work correctly with SD card.
verify you are using either d2x v8, or d2x v10 r52 (not r53).

It's particularly true for Kirby. I didn't know Metroid Other M was affected too.
of maybe the problem with Metroid is something else. did you verify the game is not corrupted? use WiiBackupManager to scan the game's content using the Sha1 option. loads only the "wbfs" not the wbf1 file, it's automatically detected and appended.

Maybe kirby doesn't work on SD at all. (it has antipiracy/memory patch detection, and using SD card triggers that protection).
