ROM Hack WarioWare Twisted

I was wondering if it's possible to patch my games where i can use the GBA game WarioWare Twisted's giro sensor in other games i.e. Burnout, substituting pressing the D pad for tilting my DS back and forth like a steering wheel. I know there's that slot 1 tilt sensor but that wouldn't work for me because i have an R4 and i'm not even sure if you can use that with commercial games.

It seems like it would be fun.

Is there a slot 2 motion sensor that you can use with the r4?

sorry but, Dont think so.
I've seen SLOT-2 devices with Rumble but not with that motion sensing since that works only with one game.
