Becase I like to use the freeshop again, and I want to be uptodate
But can I still launch HBC from the 3ds menu?

first update luma to v6.6 or else you'll get a black screen.

I think you have to update homebrewlauncher_loader to the latest version to use it on 11.3. Other than that, it should work fine.
