Gaming Want to add cheat codes to Chrono Trigger

I want to add cheats like Game Genie. Is this possible with this, I'm using R4-III. Need to know if there is a tutorial out there.

You have to patch GBA games to have cheats.....IPS patches or some such thing like that.

Chrono Trigger isn't even a GBA game. DS cheats are here.
