Hacking waninkoko's dvd dumper has failed me - help please?

hey everyone,
i did a network dump on waninkoko's dvd dumper v1.2 on mario kart. when it was downloading the ISO it read "-- downloaded out of 4.37 GB" but when it finished the ISO is only 4.33 GB. i burned it to a DVD-R disc and at the loading screen it would freeze and the wii mote would not work.

is there a reason why the ISO size is not 4.37? even though while i was downloading it said 4.37 GB? (the exact size is 4,545,281 KB)

any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks!



PS also i heard this is due to a bad dump...how do i fix it? do i just dump it again?
and some extra possibly helpful information...
i am on sys menu 4.0U
i have IOS249 working
and i have a functional backup loader
all other games i have torrented and they've worked for me, this is my first dump and it did not work.

Try to use SuperDUMP instead. DVD Dumper 1.2 is old.

ok thanks for the info. but will superdump work with a USB that's formatted to exFAT?

I don't know if this works, but you could rip the disc onto a USB hard drive or flash drive that's big enough, then connect to PC and extract the .iso using a WBFS manager.
