Hacking Waninkoko Update 4.0 and 4.1 not working anymore?

Hi there

I patched a few Wiis some time ago and 2 days ago a friend of mine asked me to patch his own Wii.
So I decided to use the 4.0 Updater from Waninkoko on his 3.4E Wii - without success.
It halted with some download Error.

Also 4.1 Updater did so...

Any idea?
Internetconnection is always stable, other downloads work.

OK even if it didn't work, DON'T USE IT. Now that the latest IOS60 is a stub, it BRICKS.

I heard from the IOS60 stub - I nearly bricked a Wii a few weeks ago but installed BootMII to boot2 before

Did a 4.0 Update and then a IOS60 patch... Update worked but IOS60 patch not.

But now the updates themself won't work...

Damn...

Just use Pimp My Wii to get up to 4.1. It is soooo easy.
