Gaming Waninkoko to OFW?

Is it possible and safe to return to Official Firmware from Waninkoko's? Should I use the recovery menu? I was able to succesfully install Waninkoko's on my 120Gb Slim.

I think you have to use the recovery menu.

Yes, you will need to access the recovery menu to install 3.55 OFW if you are already on some version of 3.55 CFW. To get into the recovery menu, turn on your PS3 by pressing down on the on button on the console and holding your finger down on it. Hold it down until it shuts off completely. Then press and hold again until you hear 2 fast beeps in a row and let go. Follow on screen prompt to connect your controller, and then select the "System Update" (provided you have the 3.55 OFW on a memory stick in PS3/UPDATE folder). Follow on screen instructions and done!
