i think it's still alpha/unreleasable homebrew, isn't it linkinworm? Waninkoko works hard for us ^^ (and doesn't get paid by US xD)
EDIT: A few things that must be said or can be said at this time:
a) if it really is the usb iso loader waninkoko is in danger

b) source code will *never* be opened (sourced)
c) oh piracy will BOOM in this night; if it is the loader... -.-
(you know what happened after he released the first SoftChip for the Wii!!!) -> leak in version 0.1beta
d) Team Twiizer's statement (they will hate him, I suppose...)

all of them don't support piracy, that's the fact; I think Waninkoko is doing this really only for fun/educationally purposes.

For a look at what a DS emu would look like on Wii, look no further than the new Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles. Its basically the DS game running in two windows on a Wii.
The games are strikingly similar.
