Hacking Walkthroughs for in-game text reader?

The CycloDS has an in-game text reader, and I've heard a lot of people use it for game walkthroughs. Where do you get these text-based walkthroughs from? Do you just copy and paste them from gamefaqs, or is there a special location that's used for this? Thanks in advance!

Ok so it seems like GameFaqs is the main site people go to. Is there any advice for finding the best/most popular guides to use? Since they're made by normal people, the quality of the guides can vary.

I usually use the biggest ones, in terms of kilobytes. If it doesn't fully fulfill my needs, then I complete the information with another guide which, as you may have guessed, is the second biggest one. Most of the time, I don't have any problems following this method. Also, many times a guide/walkthrough doesn't cover the most in-depth aspects of the game, like items, monsters and such -- that's what in-depth FAQs are for. You should have one in your card, specially for RPGs.

PS: AFAIK, the FAQs with a star icon are the best ones, but I'm not sure about this.

That method seems to work fine for me too. One last question. Since these guides are understandably super long, is there a way to use the CTRL-F features on the CycloDS so you can jump to certain parts of the guide?

This may be offtopic but does any other flash cart have this feature? I want a new flash cart but Im not willing to spend at least $50 on a cyclo because im always open to Ninty products (DSi no matter how much I think its a rip but the dsiware has potential).

When talking about CycloDS, you get what you pay for.
The most expensive cart on the market and the best support.
Hence the unique features we get over other "competitors".

The simple answer is "no" - CycloDS is the only cart with this feature implemented in firmware v1.50.

PS. To be honest, if you're not willing to pay the equivalent of 2 DS games... Why did you buy a DS in the first place?
