are you unable to read ? you could easily download them to an sdcard and play them from there IF nintendo wanted you to but they dont simply because some clever bugger would then figure out how to play ANY game from an sdcard it is that simple.

That makes sense.

About as much sense as saying Sony and Microsoft will stop allowing us to DL demos because someone will find out how to play games straight off the drive without paying.

Also, streaming speed from an SD card typically isn't acceptable for retail games, and it would take hours to DL from Nintendo's service since it decrypts games on the fly as they download, and then reencrypt when they are put on an SD card (Ninty's 'storage solution' should fix this, though).
