Hardware WaitHax - FBI kernel access error?

Current Version: New 3DS 11.1.0.34U (Ocarina of weaabo 3D homebrew access)

Since Nintendo removed DSiWare games (FieldRunners,Zelda, Guitar Rock Tour, and Legends of Exidia) i can't downgrade, maybe later im gonna search a N/O3DS/2DS with 9.X

But i want to use FBI (3DSX) to install Cave Story 3DS CIA USA (it's fine to install it without any patches or something like that? How i can check that CIA is LEGIT without any patches? Does patches affect SysMenu without CFW? Is there any tool for check the CIA is correct or check if have patches?) BUT EVERYTIME WHEN WAITHAX IS FINISHED, I GO TO FBI, AND SAYS: "FBI HAS FATAL ERROR! FAILED TO KERNEL ACCESS PRESS ANY BUTTON TO EXIT..." AND I CAN'T INSTALL CAVE STORY 3D :<
i hate my life...

You can't install that game as it has not been pre installed on any console.

I buyed yesterday a eShop Card code, to buy one of the games (DSiWare downgrade)
BUT FUKKIN NINTENDO DELETED THAT GAMES YESTERDAY.
EDIT: CIAS Region Free should affect? Patches too?

Can't we inject the hax into any DSiWare games as long as the .app files are certain sizes depending on region?

I did it with sudokuhax on a 11.1 2DS the day after they pulled LoE from the eShop. According to the N3DS DSiWare downgrade guide you should be able to use sudokuhax as well(given it's on the eShop right now).

Simple: You can't. The DSiWare exploit that allows for more games (including SUDOKU) to be supported relies on .app injection, which requires arm9 kernel access. Waithax only gets you arm11 kernel access.

You can only install legit CIAs with FBI & arm11 kernel access, to install other CIAs you need arm9 kernel access which you don't have.

I told you, they are called Legit CIAs. You can search around for which CIAs are considered legit, but they are essentially any games that were preinstalled on a system.
Use Google if you want to find the full list of games.

The only way you can downgrade is through a HARDMOD or a SYSTEM TRANSFER.

We know this since it's not possible to install freeshop with out arm9 access. You're best bet right now is to find a used 2DS on eBay that has a low firmware. I found one that had firmware 6.0 on it for $60. With a low enough firmware you can use browserhax and install arm9loaderhax which will allow you to install any cia file. Without doing this you are left with ONLY legitimate cias which as mentioned above were pre-installed games that were ripped from the system.
