Released finally the tool to pack wad channel homebrews! Here's the info:

Uso General

** 3. Has doble click... y habras creado tu title.wad **

Can someone please upload the packer to Zshear or Filefactory . . . Rapidshare is blocked in my country

What this means is, that we can now pack raw VC dumps into .wad. Raw dumps are files with extensions like .app .tmd .tik etc.

How this would help in the extraction of VC data from the Wii i don't know. Actually I think this tool can do nothing of the sort

Use the NAND dumper first of all.
