Hacking WAD Manager Error 4100 w/Custom Banner

This is really making me mad. I made a custom banner for the backup launcher using the guide above. I did everything it said, but when I go to install it the Wad manager says Error 4100 while installing the title. I've tried a different wad but that didn't work. Could someone help me?

Anyone? I really want to get this to work by the time I go to bed.
