Hacking Wad Manager 1.5 help

Hello, I got a bit of a problem

Im trying to install WAD Manager.

So i put the file on my sd card under X:Apps/WAD Manager rename it to boot.dol and load it via homebrew. So when i try and install it it says " Retreving File list..... ERROR Ret = -1'


So im just wondering why it happens...Starting to annoy me realy bad.

I have looked everywere and could not find someone else with the error.

Do you have a Trucha Bugged IOS and do you have a cIOS?

Currently running System 3.3E.
IOS249 Rev14 is installed.
Hermes 222/223 is installed as well.

Not too sure what the Trucha Bugged is or really does.

Edit - trying to get wad manager so I can install configable USB loader channel.
