Hacking wad installer problem

this happens to every version i use. i get it to work up intil its gonna make the wad, but it gets an error with the ticket or something

Sigh. Dude every post you make is a complete failure. Im sure you arent doing it on purpose but that almost makes it worse.

You dont walk into a mechanic and saying "Um somethings wrong with my car.. It works fine, until I try to drive it"

You need to give some details.

What are you trying to do and what error are you getting.
What version firmware is your wii?

Dude,try the 'a_running_pir8' fix then install a wad,the fix is in the stickys!

You need help alright, and not just with wads

I assumed that, just the way he worded it, he obviously hasn't packed the contents properly, that's why you have title error.

what you need to do:



Step 1:
Update your Wii to the latest version.

Step 2:
Using "The Homebrew Channel", open "WAD Manager".

Step 3:
Press "A" on the Wii Remote once.
The Wii should detect a SD Card.
Press "A" again to see a list of WADs on the SD Card.
Use the "D-Pad" to select "IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad".
Press "+" to install the WAD.
Once installed, press the "Home" button, to restart you Wii.

Step 4:
Using "The Homebrew Channel", open “Custom Manager".
Using the same method as in "Step 3", install the "cIOS_Fix.wad".
Once installed, press the "Home" button, to restart you Wii.

Note:
As if that fails to install, just use “WAD Manager” to install it like in the youtube video.

Step 5:
Using the ‘Homebrew Channel’, open ‘IOS Downgrader’. Just follow the instructions on the screen and wait until it finishes installing the necessary IOSs.

STEP 6:
Using "The Homebrew Channel", open "Install Shop IOS51".
Use the "D-Pad" to select "Yes", and install "IOS51", by pressing "A".
Use the "D-Pad" to select "Yes", and install the IOS Patch, by pressing "A".
Use the "D-Pad" to select "No", and DO NOT install the "Wii Shop Channel".

Step 7:
Using the ‘Homebrew Channel’, open ‘WAD Manager ’. Install ‘WAD MANAGER 1.3’.

Step 8:
The Wii is now able to install WADs and Homebrew Apps should work properly now.

i still have the problem, it gets an error after saying :installing ticket: even with the "IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad".

what system version are you running ?? what are you using to install the wad ?? what wads are you trying to install ??


all these guys are more than capable to rip your problem apart if you tell theme the right info , please !!!!!

we need an error message, an exact copy would be helpful. just saying ticket error tells us nothing. is there any ret- errors etc. You can't expect help if you dont clearly state the problem. Check out the FAQ too. http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/index.php/Hacking_FAQ At this point id suggest uninstalling everything youve done so far and following the appropriate guide for your menu version from scratch.

im using version 1.3 of wad installer, and want to install: 1080 snowboarding, paper mario, samurai showdown 2 and smash bros, and IOS16-64-v257-prod.wad
