Hardware Homebrew Misc vWii Network troubleshooting

I still haven't found a solution to this as after researching more about this i read somewhere that it could have something to do with the Cios or something, I'm aware that it's a pretty risky thing to mess around with in general so i haven't bothered to do so, especially since I'm new to Wii/U modding as I'm more familiar with 3DS & DSi
