You mean decaffeinator?VWii Decaf
If that's the case just use it again and download every essential file in case that you deleted anythingVWii Decaf
Open vWii decaffeinator from the homebrew launcher and then select the option that says download essential files , is easy to do are you using this right? https://gbatemp.net/threads/vwii-decaffeinator-restore-vwii-without-a-nand-backup.566252/and how?
You didn't have a nand backup? Well I suppose no, you should try to check through ftpiiu everywhere if there's something wrong with your slccmptyes i did but it's still giving me a black screen
Could you especify what were you doing for this to happen? It seems like if you deleted your slccmptI'm using WinSCP and it says "Could not retrieve directory listing" and "Success"

O i I was wrong, I was trying to say that he probably deleted something essential from the slccmpt, but however it seems weird that black screen appear after using decaffeinatorif you deleted the slcmpt, I think you'd get a "the system files are corrupt" message. that's what it says on rednand when it can't access the virtual wii. it's incompatible.
Wait I remember that I saw something similar in the vWii nand restorer thread, but it said that if you deleted the slccmpt, the console pop up an extrange message until you restored the nandI agree. I would think that message would've popped up.
It didn't workThe only thing the Decaffeinator can't restore is the Wii Menus "setting.txt". If you cleared the NAND this setting.txt doesn't exist or has the wrong modes. You can regenerate the setting.txt using your serial number and the tool I attached to this thread. Then you need to use the vWii NAND restorer or wupclient to fix the permissions of this file. Maybe this can be integrated into a vWii Decaffeinator v2?
This is now part of v2: https://gbatemp.net/threads/vwii-de...hout-a-nand-backup.566252/page-3#post-9192182The only thing the Decaffeinator can't restore is the Wii Menus "setting.txt". Maybe this can be integrated into a vWii Decaffeinator v2?
